Kids XL or Adult S?

Most of our sweaters and t-shirts are available in both kids and adult versions so we can fit a wide variety of kids, teens and adults. We would encourage you to compare sizing charts to see differences in width, length and sleeves length.

For example, an Adult Small hoodie is the same width as a Kids XL, only about 1.6 inches longer, and with sleeves that are only a half-inch longer. So both would fit very similar with the Adult Small giving a bit more room to grow.

Our 5-foot, 85lbs 12 year old fits an Adult Small perfectly.

What are the equivalent sizes for Rinkstyle's youth hoodies?

Our youth hoodies are designed to provide a snug and stylish fit. Here are the equivalent sizes based on clothing size:

  • XS: Size 3-4
  • S: Size 5-6
  • M: Size 7-8
  • L: Size 9-10
  • XL: Size 12

These hoodies are fairly fitted, so if your child prefers a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. For reference, our 9-year-old, who is 4' 5" tall and weighs 75 lbs, comfortably wears a size XL with room to grow. Our 12-year-old, who is 5' tall and weighs 95 lbs, fits an XL but prefers to wear an adult small as it is the same width but longer.

What is your return and exchange policy?

These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Therefore, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges. Please consult the size charts for each product to ensure that you have ordered the correct size. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

But what about misprinted/damaged/defective items?

We got you! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.

Contact us and we will arrange for a replacement for any claims that are deemed to be an error on the part of our suppliers.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Your order may sometimes ship in multiple packages, in which case you will receive an email with tracking information for each individual package.

I got my tracking email but the tracking details show something like "We didn’t find an item associated with this number."?

This just means that we generated the shipping slip for your order but the shipper has not yet picked it up. Check again later in the day or the next day and you should see your package(s) on the move!

Where do you ship?

We are Canadian, but we love freedom and poutine equally! We ship to both Canada and the USA.

We have distribution in both countries. So Canadian orders will ship from Canada, while American orders will ship from the USA. This is determined based on your shipping address when you place your order.

We are not yet setup to ship outside Canada and the USA, but we hope to expand to more countries in the future. Please subscribe to our email so we can keep you in the loop.

Will RinkStyle products help me with my shot?

No, you are likely to still hit the post...but you'll look great on the way to the rink!
